Zoe Horlin-Smith

Audiologist - Victor Harbor Clinic

Having worked as an Audiologist for 23 years, 21 of those in Victor Harbor, Zoe knows that the most important part of her job is listening.

“It’s important to find out what each client wants and needs so we find the best solution for them. My role is also to provide ongoing care and support as needed.”

Over the years, Zoe has worked for several different companies and is practised at working with various hearing aid manufacturers.

“This gives me the knowledge and experience to give quality advice to my clients. It helps me clearly explain hearing solutions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.”

“The aim of our service is to help our clients make a well-informed choice so they feel confident and comfortable with our recommendations.”

Zoe enjoys working for a small, independent, family-owned hearing practice.

“Working at My Hearing means that I have more independence in how I approach an appointment. This allows me to build a good rapport with my clients, leading to a strong long-term relationship. It means clients have consistency and can trust the person they’re seeing, which I think is important.”
